Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- The work culture is great because of the people that are hired
- Managers are generally very understanding if you need to take time off or leave early
- Fun team events and parties are organized and paid for
- Good coffee

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Unfair treatment of employees who work for free after hours and on weekends
- Lack of conflict management

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Stop treating Sales like gods and listen to other employees. Be fair.
- HR seriously needs to work harder to fix inter-departmental conflicts caused by rude employees. If someone comes to you with a problem, the solution is not to ignore it. Employees need more support. Behavioral issues need to be addressed.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The only thing that kept me going was the people. Good sense of humor, compassion, keeping it fun.

Kommunikation

Some managers aren't clear about what they want and expect you to read their mind. The leadership makes big decisions and these are then poorly communicated or you find out via rumor.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

This was very strong until teams were split up and placed on different floors.

Work-Life-Balance

For certain jobs, there is not enough time to finish the work -- be careful about the "expected overtime" line they squeeze into your contract. Don't expect to be compensated for the overtime and expect to work many weekends because the work-life-balance of employees is not that important to them.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

It depends on who you talk to. Mid-level managers / team leads are generally very good listeners. However, sometimes the do not take concerns seriously. The C-Levels and department heads are generally very approachable and will listen to you.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are definitely challenging and interesting. You will rarely have a day with little to do.

Gleichberechtigung

Managers need better training because many of them have clear favorites and do not treat all employees equally. In addition, the top leaders always favor the Sales team. The sales team promises unrealistic things to clients and the marketing team is expected to deliver on these promises. There are no consequences for the sales team who constantly ask for last minute favors, causing others to work unpaid overtime. Even when sellers treat other employees terribly, even calling them names, shouting at them and belittling them, the HR department could not care less. They have punished other employees for misconduct, but the Sales team is untouchable. It's no wonder that they act so entitled.

They pay better than some companies, but after leaving, I found out that I was underpaid.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They do provide good ways for you to develop yourself and some employees have even changed departments.
