Arbeitsatmosphäre

The people around you are very smart, open and inclusive.
The leadership is so-so. Sometimes warm and involving and inspiring. Sometimes noticeable under pressure and venting that.

Kommunikation

Comparably good, can always be better. There are little secrets or hidden agendas and such

As mentioned before: in high pressure environments, the people really forge together

Work-Life-Balance

Trust-Based working hours lead to regular overtime. Leaders try to hide it (thanks for trying), but without you can barely follow up.

While there are „flexible working hours“, your meetings may start at 9 and end at 6. Around those corner stones, you are then „flexible“.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Many leaders, many styles, many characters. Overall people are giving their best under the given circumstances. That is admirable

Interessante Aufgaben

Single tasks/initiatives/projects are super interesting and inspiring. Just on all levels too many of them.

Gleichberechtigung

Can always be better of course. Five stars overall. Three for leadership (noticeably much more men) => average 4

High pressure means that you work a lot out of your comfort zone. While this implies stress, it also implies learning. Quite a steep learning.
