The company arbitrarily terminates permanent employees who have passed their probation period, while simultaneously recruiting new staff. There's a troubling pattern of bringing in workers from China on short-term business visas, who work for a few months before returning, only to be replaced by new arrivals after a short interval. This creates an unstable work environment where existing employees feel pressured to overperform and accept unreasonable demands from management to secure their positions. The atmosphere is one of constant insecurity and exploitation, with workers pushed to their limits to prove their worth.

There's no life in this company. There's an expectation for employees to be available for work-related matters during personal time, including family time and vacations.

The managements often lacks understanding of employees' daily tasks and responsibilities. Their approach to management prioritizes visibility over productivity. Gaining favor with leadership typically involves spending long hours in the office, maintaining a constant presence in their line of sight.

The salary might be comparable to other large companies in the industry. However, you're expected to put in twice the effort to earn this wage.

Naturally, our endeavors to innovate in the realm of self-driving technology can lead to fluctuating work demands, which we strive to manage proactively and never force anyone to work during holidays. Also, changing team setups are following the product and technology improvements. One recent example is the way we manage our infrastructure and the impact it had on the team, which was stretched over time and not done arbitrarily. Regarding the frequent travels: As a global company with very high development speed we rely on frequent exchange and availability of knowledge and skills on-site. This goes both ways, colleagues travelling to Germany as well as from Germany to our overseas locations. Universal adherence to the pertinent employment laws is a must, and we invite everyone to identify and report any inconsistencies.
