We truly appreciate your input. Ensuring compliance with all statutory labor regulations, from working conditions to safety standards, is a priority for us. Let me address some of your comments in the following, one-by-one. Naturally, our endeavors to innovate in the realm of self-driving technology can lead to fluctuating work demands, which we strive to manage proactively and never force anyone to work during holidays. Also, changing team setups are following the product and technology improvements. One recent example is the way we manage our infrastructure and the impact it had on the team, which was stretched over time and not done arbitrarily. Regarding the frequent travels: As a global company with very high development speed we rely on frequent exchange and availability of knowledge and skills on-site. This goes both ways, colleagues travelling to Germany as well as from Germany to our overseas locations. Universal adherence to the pertinent employment laws is a must, and we invite everyone to identify and report any inconsistencies. For sure, our ambition to push the technical boundaries of autonomous driving comes with varying workloads which require active balancing. We are continuously assessing and evaluating the current situation to balance it. Regarding the inequality claim: Our principles, policies and practices do not differentiate. Recent promotions or salary reviews show no discrimination. Local labor law standards and regulations apply to everyone and we encourage everyone to point out gaps.
