I've been on the night shift for a few months and I'm very satisfied. In the beginning, there were employees who spoke very badly about the team leaders and areamanagers. Now I can't understand that at all. These people are no longer there. You shouldn't always listen to everything that others say, but form your own opinion. The team leaders are everywhere and talk to the people who are not working, they check whether we are standing in the right places, they tell us if we are doing something wrong. I have also received bad feedback (I had my cell phone in my hand), but I have also received a lot of good feedback. I was also sick twice this year, it was really great that my team leader asked me afterwards if I was healthy again or if he should still be considerate of me. That didn't happen in my previous job, where I was nastily asked why I was sick and what that was supposed to make me sick.
Kommunikation
There are many people here who speak no German or only a little German or English, but somehow they always talk to each other. It is very interesting to experience all this and I learn a lot about togetherness.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are a lot of cultures from different continents here, which makes cohesion difficult. there are almost always people who come from the same cultures, but that's the case everywhere. you still have to get along somehow. If there's ever any stress, the team leaders talk to the people, and then there's peace again.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a shift schedule for a whole year. Sometimes there is a lot of work, then the team leaders come to the people and ask if they want to come in extra. If something is important, you can also postpone your shift, or postpone your vacation, sometimes you can also reduce overtime.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The team leaders are always there for us and clarify all issues, if they can't, then the area managers take care of it. They discuss the bad and the good issues with us.
Interessante Aufgaben
I am trained in almost all processes and I am in a different process almost every day, so it doesn't get boring and I don't forget anything. There are 3 things I don't like to do, but my team leader doesn't assign me much.

For my 30 hours night shift it's okay because there are still bonuses

I will leave Momox in 3-4 years because I want to get to know other companies in Germany and at best work in my real job, but at Momox I have already learned a lot and made good experiences and would like to continue them.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have heard that many team leaders were previously normal employees and have been given the chance by their area managers to apply and develop as team leaders. Some come from war zones, still have families there and are still fully concentrated here.
