All leaders are fair and supportive on all fronts. The company is quite young and hires motivated talents that fit our culture. So leaders are more in charge of developing strategies, solving blockers, structuring processes and motivating their teams.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You will get the working setup you need to be most efficient. I like to be in the office because it's a good mix of fun and work. We also have a nice balcony and you can work outside. If you want to work remote that's fine as well, as some of us are fully remote. I work some days in the office and some at home.
Kommunikation
I really love the reduced amount of meetings. We come together to talk about the most important things and do the rest in personal meetings.

It's all about excepting and respecting different points of view.
Interessante Aufgaben
Definitely! So much is going on and everything is outcome oriented and fast-moving. Less monkey work as automatization for easy recurring tasks is welcome on all areas.

Mir gefällt, wie eng und offen das Team ist und wie freundlich die Atmosphäre gegenüber Newcomers ist.

Ich bin relativ neu in dieser Funktion, aber auf den ersten Blick gibt es nichts, was ich nicht mag.

Großartiges Arbeitsklima, in dem man Freiraum hat, um eigene Projekte zu entwickeln.

Die Freiheit, seine Arbeit so zu gestalten, wie man es am besten kann, funktioniert für mich wirklich. Bei Mooncamp steht dies an vorderster Stelle der Unternehmensziele.

Ein wirklich tolles Team, bei dem ich mich vom ersten Tag an willkommen gefühlt habe.

Dank der flachen Hierarchien ist es sehr einfach, auf Vorgesetzte zuzugehen. Sie sind äußerst hilfsbereit.

Balance is quite important here. People are very understanding of life needs that may arise for employees with families.

One interesting aspect is that the founders support veganism. Company supported gatherings/events are agreed upon to support exclusively vegan food.

A small team with a flat organization. There aren't mechanisms to deeply evaluate performance and award titles, but they don't feel needed either at this point.

Colleagues seem to have been working historically in semi isolation, which can be frustrating at some points. Yet, the points of contact are excellent.

Small team, flat hierarchy. One has autonomy to push their own agenda of improvements, be creative, and support in the big picture.

The founders of the company are very clear, smart, focussed, caring and light-hearted people so that in every aspect it is an absolute pleasure to work with them! All further employees match this company culture just as well and everything runs smoothly, communication and processes are lean and clear, people are super ambitious but also care about their health (and their colleagues') and the necessary breaks. Just THE place to be!
Also the tool is amazing that it's basically selling itself :)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Cannot think of anything right now for me personally! In terms of career opportunities the company still needs to grow a bit more so that there are more possibilities, however, for the current size there is already room for growth and especially a great openness on founders side to help in this process (What I would like to achieve in my job & how he can help me with this was one of the questions asked in my first meeting with my team lead after being hired).

Ich habe einen komplett digitalen Arbeitsplatz, also kann ich überall arbeiten, Hauptsache ich habe Internet. Ich habe in den letzten 6 Monate von 4 verschieden Orte gearbeitet. Sehr flache Hierarchie. Arbeiten von sonnigen Orte werden geplant und zusammen gemacht(als letztes Portugal für einen Monat). Ich habe ein sehr faires Gehalt. Alles was ich für die Arbeit brauche, wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
