Unfair hour-ratio payment per assignment. The value of an employee's work is severely undermined. Extra hours invested in a project or assignment were never financially compensated. Issues were never addressed on time.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Eliminate the "2 strikes rule, 6 months blockade policy" for freelancers. Don't penalize employees for unrealistic deadlines or unclear formulated not fully delivered assignments from customers. Stop using the customer service bot "Laura" for problem-solving. Attend to the live chat complaints, requests, issues, etc.
Kommunikation
The word "communication" doesn't exist at all. You take a job and get an unrealistic deadline for delivering awesome, mistake-free results; you try to get in touch, but you'll never hear back! Issues from freelancers are just a non-priority matter. Answers came after a week -and that was fast-, while in the worst cases, after a month.
