Cool Events, and nice work environment. Office sometimes crowded, but new office locations will be ready soon.

Monthly meetings give an update; sometimes short-notice information on new projects.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Teams work together very well, even across country barriers. There's always one or the other you don't fit together too well, but that's to be expected.

It's IT, so more male then female colleagues. But no discrimination whatsoever.

It's a quite young company, so there aren't too many. But to my feeling they are well integrated.
