If you forget about all this ego, then yes the atmosphere is okay.

Wrong communication is done, don't expect to be managed by really high qualified managers.

Work-Life-Balance
The leader do not care if you work hard or not. You're juge by deadline, it's better to give a job done really bad but on time. The terms "Security/Consistency/Reliable" have no meanings at NBT AG.

Managers/leaders have really poor knowledge, they give you wrong advise, and even push you to the wrong direction. A leader like at NBT AG is really dangerous, he will push you to not be a good engineer, and will teach you bad practices. Please don't come here.
Interessante Aufgaben
Repeating task. Peoples over engineer tasks to show and act like what they do is complex, when there is literally zero complexity. I saw things that blow my mind such very complex solution for simple problem.

Everyone is nice, but when we want to talk about engineering and choices, peoples escape and run. It's look like every-one is acting and speaking with their big ego , but when it's time to show codes, and works together, nobody is here.
Arbeitsbedingungen
You ave to put in a file the hour you're doing. Nothing is automated (Jeez for an IT dep. that is a problem!). No transparency on how exactly the hour are taking into account per startup.

The task to do is really simple and not at all challenging. Salary follow well this.

We are very sorry that you did not like working at NBT.
However, we would have appreciated constructive feedback, and it would have been very important to bring any feedback to us during the employment. Unfortunately, this did not happen because we had no knowledge of it, especially since in software, decision-making is a participatory exercise.
There is always room for improvements and constructive feedback constantly helps us to improve and create an ideal workplace.
As we have not had any recent departures in the software department, we assume that the employment relationship has been in the past for some time.
Over the past few years, we have been steadily improving. We are looking forward to the things to come, because there are many great and exciting things in the pipeline ;)
Nevertheless, we take every review seriously and will pass it on.
