It used to be really cool to work there. The colleagues were super fit! Now I think the best thing about the NBT is that I'm out of there.

Replace the executive suite with startup mindsets. Servant leadership, trust and recognition of achievements would be a start. The team was so cool and now there is almost no one left.

It used to be a really exciting company. Cool technologies, exciting ventures. Then there were changes in top management. The most important leader was replaced by corporate micromanagers.
Kommunikation
There is a team meeting once a month. Important topics are discussed behind closed doors. However, finger-pointing and blaming do sometimes occur in large groups.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We were a very good team with trust and creative freedom. Then One-On-Ones became reporting. It could be that Quiet Quitting was invented at NBT. People are demotivated and you don't sense much hope from the ventures either.
Work-Life-Balance
Actually, the work-life balance used to be okay. There was enough to do, but you also didn't need to take anything with you into the evening. Today, little work happens and people hide remotely.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As I said, there is no trust. With the change in management, there were statements like: We expect up to 70% of employees to leave the company. OKRs are used for performance measures. There is no trust. There have also been people yelled at in meetings.
Interessante Aufgaben
That used to be the case. We have developed really exciting technologies. IoT sensor technology, scalable infrastructure. We even have a machine that assembles electronics. But now everyone is desperately looking for the Next Big Thing: Venture ideas with potential. But the NBT has a bad reputation in the market.

There is only one woman in the C-Level.

That's ok. Remote work and the office is pretty impressive.
