Nothing really besides the Founder's passion for Formula 1, which I don't share. But that is more a personal thing.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Hard to provide any but perhaps keep investing in DACH region and try to catch a few nice customers. I'm sure that is on the priority list top 2.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
My excellent team made my life very easy. Everyone was able to and allowed to speak up and the project lead listend. Generally, a very respectful environment.
Kommunikation
Management provided business updates on a regular basis and allowed all types of questions. Sometimes, it felt like we're too much on the sunny side but I guess this is the right attitute to lead a business.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Always very supportive, I actually found a few friends at NV.
Work-Life-Balance
Generally, no overhours and a good sense for WLB. Sometimes you cannot avoid longer days due to project business but really not too bad for consulting business. And you can balance it out on your own responsibility.

Always fair and straight forward. I mostly worked for the team in NL and have to say that I always got treated in a very nice way.

Generally yes, sometimes you have to take one for the team and do some boring stuff.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Mostly working from home which is not my favorite. But it is supported to spend time in the Netherlands here and there. At least for me and it certainly depends on the project.

NV is a B-Corp and active in social engagements. NV also supports refugee initiatives.

Well, the company is originally from the Netherlands and is well known over there. In Germany, there were a few ups and downs in the past and it seems that it may take some time to catch up. But the management is heavily investing in DACH and is about to open a new design center soon which is promising.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I saw people getting promoted on a regular basis. Performance is honored and rewarded. Also, there is a very comfortable budget for training and education. And you get an extra bonus for SF certifications. The limit may be the firm size itself in terms of career options.
