Arbeitsatmosphäre

Open communication; regular 1:1 sessions between coach and team member are established. Management takes their responsibility for their team members very seriously; offer of number of regular health checks, vaccinations, etc.

Kommunikation

Important and urgent news are communicated immediately to the entire team via ad-hoc meetings or email. An internal “Berlin Newsletter” is prepared and published biweekly to which everybody can contribute with her/his achievements during the last period and plans for the next two weeks. Next to that, a meeting with the entire team is being held frequently for discussions and for topics which need a presentation. In addition to this local communication, the Berlin team is invited to web sessions hosted by the mother company in Austria in which technical, administrative or business topics are being presented and discussed.

Good team spirit fostered by team meetings and SCRUM process.
Social events, joint lunch and some leisure equipment (table tennis, table football, and billiard) for work breaks are available.

Work-Life-Balance

Every team member is free to choose her/his work time as long as overall team interests are met. Regular work from home can be chosen for two days per week. Several concepts for part time work are available.
