Number 1) Get someone manageing the company on a personal level. Everyone would profit from that, also work-wise.

No trust in employees from the highest management. Very unstructured way of prioritising topics and workload. Hire and fire mentality.
New employees coming bring structured ways into the company, big plus!
Kommunikation
The communication is the worst part of the company. No one takes responsibilites for decisions, every day the topic changes. Employees are just expedients for the higher management. If you do not as someone told you, you can go.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In general good, but a lot - behind the back - talking, so it is not real. But also as no one trust the other person completly.
Work-Life-Balance
Extra hours are tracked, for the sake of the law, but you can not take them or even leave earlier (before 17:00), even though you might have 200 extra hours.
No home-office, as the management does not trust his employees.
It is expected that you work on weekends, and answer late night calls or emails.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
As already described, very unstructured without any trust. All the effort goes in one direction. You should be trust worthy, but you do not get it back in any way.
Innovation can be driven by the upper mangement, but please no management of employees - hire some one for that and the company would flourish.
There should be people deciding and a hierarchie, right now everyone talks into topics they are and should not be responsible for. The new people coming improving this a lot though.

Arbeitsbedingungen
In times of corona, very bad, as we could not work from home, no desinfection in the office etc.
In addition, the office is too loaded to work with concentration, one day of home-office would help a lot.

The image is much much better as the company is, a lot is promised but lets see what the customers get in the end.
