Manchmal hatte man 12 Stunden Tage, manchmal war weniger los. Punktabzug wegen den Kernarbeitszeiten von 09:30 bis 17:00, selbst am Freitag.

Ich hatte das Gefühl, das Management hatte keine Übersicht über die laufenden Prozesse. Führungskräfte waren teilweise nicht geeignet und haben nicht geführt, sondern einfach Aufgaben deligiert.

Deleting the bad but realistic kununu entries - it does not help to hide the reality, people will find out anyway as soon they work there.

It would be great if there could be empathy and intelect used to lead people: make trainings., read....speak to a psychologist whatever helps.

A nice office with short distances for corona virus to travel from one person to the other. Snacks are provided, maybe twice a year. The whole team is in a good mood as soon they can work in peace for once. There is always tension or pressure.
