The lack of proper management and the short-term vision and decision making. There is a huge lack of transparancy and it felt like OT management were actors who lied straight to our face.
The CPO assured us that no reduction in workforce was planned when he got the question. Literally a few days later we got told that the 200 people former Planetly team in Berlin got laid off.

Think before you do. OneTrust does not have a strategy. It feels like all plans take a 180° turn from day to day. Planetly was awesome, mere months after the acquisition OneTrust laid off all Planetly personel. This is not a respectful way of dealing with motivated and hard working people.
