A great variance of different tasks in my daily work challenge me in a positive way. There is a lot of exchange happening between the different departments within the company as well as within the Orange Group. Plenty of opportunity to collaborate and grow.
Gleichberechtigung
I have the impression that it is a great workplace for women as well, as far as I can evaluate this. There could potentially be more women in leadership positions, that being said, I find within the Orange Group overall, I have the impression that women are represented up until C-level positions which I personally find is a very positive sign for the company and the company culture in general.

There is a great mixture of young individuals and senior, more experienced people who, in total, make a great composition for a successful work environment.
