There is a lot of freedom to develop what you are interested in professionally, it is also possible to join other teams and support projects there and some colleagues also change direction afterwards. Supervisors support this and are open when you bring it up. I've seen this several times in my team
Kommunikation
There are all-hands meetings and regular lunches in the offices. It's great to get to know your colleagues if you're new like me. There's also a meeting like this on the start day.

Lots of great colleagues, they are open and answer lots of questions, especially at the beginning. The HR team helps you with all your questions

I haven't had to work overtime yet. There is a lot of flexibility to work hybrid or remotely. All in all, it's possible even when you're on a project with customers.

We have regular meetings with the line manager and also within the team. So far I feel well received, questions are answered quickly via Slack.
Interessante Aufgaben
My tasks are a lot of fun and I was able to support a project after just a short time. Through brainfood meetings, you learn a lot about what colleagues from other areas are doing and get a good insight.

I was able to choose my mobilephone and my laptop and am also allowed to use the phone privately. I was already in the urban Sports Club before and there is now a subsidy. It would be great to get a mobility allowance
