1. Be true to yourself.
Have values and lead by them or don't have values at all. Having them for marketing purposes is disingenuous.
2. Stop demanding extras without extra pay.
Your employees are giving you their time in exchange for money. It is unprofessional to increase the workload without proper compensation.
3. Find a better solution for salary/ budget gaps between departments.
There is a growing disparity between the departments where it is becoming almost like a class division. Higher income employees can enjoy daily lunches where others cannot. This is also represented in the budgeting for team events and trainings.
4. Keep your word.
Developing an employee's career plan is a great way to show transparency, but only if its implemented reliably, and at orderbird it is not. Stop discriminating by selecting whom the plan valid for and for whom it is not.
5. Don't eliminate an employee and then ask back for presents that were given for supporting the company.
That's just weird.

Pro: Everyone is open and welcoming.

Pro: Weekly displays of numbers and progress.
Con: Many things are not communicated at all, and cause frustration due to missing transparency.

Pro: Many group activities and evening sundowners at the terrace.
Con: If you don't participate in those hangouts, you will quickly be isolated and wont be a part of it.
Work-Life-Balance
Pro: Generally little overtime.
Con: Off-hour activities are expected but sold as voluntary.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Pro: Generally honest, open and respected.
Con: There are exceptions. They should be found and dealt with because those exceptions are damaging the company.
Interessante Aufgaben
Pro: I have learned a lot! I am thankful to some managers in trusting me with tasks and supporting me in succeeding.
Gleichberechtigung
Con: Females do NOT have the same chances in some departments. A female board member would be healthy.
Con: Big budget gaps between the departments promote segregation.

There is none.
To be fair, this might just be due to the nature of the business.

Pro: Access to modern equipment.
Con: Uncomfortably hot in the summer (don't take the elevator). Bad Wi-Fi. Slow CRM.

Con: Very high carbon footprint in logistics and the use of plastics in packaging.
Pro: Good online companycustomer infrastructure.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Con: Same salary/holiday for team members in the same role. Diversity in employees means diversity in experience and handling workload. This should be represented in the salary.
Con: Handing out more responsibilities or tasks but no compensation.

Con: Customers are sometimes deceived to in order to land a sale, but the company does not take ownership or responsibility for this action.
