You mentioned that we could improve in terms of authenticity. In this context, you mention „the, now former, Head of M&A“ - but he was only working for CREMER when you had already left. So what exactly are you referring to?
Is it a reflection on our organisation in general? Did you experience a situation or were you told about a situation that led to this conclusion?
