Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Experienced staff with long history with HP / Agilent. But they don't / can't survive.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

No clear management direction. Executives doesn't give a damn about customers / service.

Stop hiring Powerpoint makers from Metronics / Americans to replace experience leaders.

Toxic environment if you work under one of the directors who're good at lying, hiding of faking.

Kommunikation

Not great unless you're part of some 'Management Team'. Never transparent.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Peer support is excellent, because of incompetent superiors.

Work-Life-Balance

Work until you're laid off. You'd get your life balance then.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Incompetent liars. A director can hide in Croatia for 3 months, 'working from home', disrespecting his teams and peers.

Interessante Aufgaben

When "GBS" made serious mistakes, and you're tasked to save the day for the customers. You'd learn corporate executives lose more €€€ than saving
€€€ by outsourcing work to these these exotic locations with high turnover of staff who're only interested in jump to the next role / company.

Gleichberechtigung

The head of Workers Council reports to Human Resource Director...?? Forget Equality or Diversity.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

But they're either gone, or forced to retire.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Every 18 months you're hear some managers say "We'd need to change, everything End To End". There's then a re-org every 18 months with external leaders... but nothing really changed. This company is still managed through Excel files.

Useless website. it's all too much 'GBP', 'EHS' and 'Compliance' but nobody cares about skills development.
