The overall strategy does not fit to the people in place + the market to succeed in.

Highly depends on the account. Nevertheless, not a great place to work as an outlook to the future is clearly missing.

Highly depends on the account leadership. Had one good and one bad experience. There are titles/hierachies but not a matching behavior within.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Given on the same level. Top Bottom not given.
Work-Life-Balance
COVID-19 used for internal restructuring process. People on projects had to work at least the same or even more hours.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There are a still few really strong individuals at PS. Nevertheless, the overall communication of the leadership is one of the main reasons why PS is where it is.
Interessante Aufgaben
Had two very strong projects + learned a lot. Call me lucky.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Should be 5* as more sr. than jr. people are hired. But my understanding of the business model of a consultancy firm is, you hire a few sr. employees for sales / network / leadership and a lot of jr. employees to get the work done. They believe differently at PS.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Its fine. You still get a MacBook + iPhone. Some offices have a community, some not.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Outcome focused. Which is fine for a consultancy. There are initiatives in place to reduce / give awareness to those topics.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Its something. If you are talented, you are able to earn ~50% more at other places.

It depends on the country. But DACH is not under one of the top locations to be.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Depends, but I have learned and received multiple certificates. There is budget available to train people.
