Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

While my salary was acceptable, it was frustrating to learn that negotiations were not possible for an extended period.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. In particular, I have had a poor experience with the HR team. Despite the fact that their team has been restructured, it remains unclear why they are unable to perform their job duties efficiently and effectively.

I was drawn to the company due to the potential for professional growth and career development. However, I found there were no opportunities for advancement, and I was left feeling stagnant in my role. There was no clear direction, and promises made were often empty.

It appears that they are now attempting to mask their poor employment practices by investing in office decor such as art pieces and soccer tables, etc. However, these cosmetic changes fail to address the fundamental issues of being a fair and supportive employer, and it is concerning that they prioritize superficial perks over the well-being and development of their employees.

I would not recommend Ratepay to anyone seeking a company with reliable career growth opportunities and supportive HR staff.

Occasional all-hands meetings were held, but they were unproductive, and there was no follow-up communication from the HR team. It felt like everyone had different information, and no one knew what was going on. The lack of communication and support from the HR team was discouraging.

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to give your honest feedback about your experience working at Ratepay. We greatly appreciate your input and are working to address your concerns.
Creating an open and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and can track their growth is truly a top priority to us. Please know that we are committed to continuously improving our culture, support and work experience and therefore are currently taking new steps. Feedback such as yours is invaluable in helping us identify areas where we can make further positive changes.

Especially in the communications and Learning and Development area we are taking on multiple projects to improve our employees experience and ensure, that everyone has the same information and acess to these learning opportunities.
We are encouraging open communication: We are in the process of providing channels for anonymous feedback to establish transparent communication channels and address concerns. On the other hand, we also want to communicate openly and have re-established formats like all hands or ask me anything, to make sure our communication is as transparent as possible. In those sessions everyone is welcome and able to ask the management directly on certain topics.
On top, we are currently in the process of getting new Learning and Development-Tool, which will help everyone to get a better idea of where they stand and how their performance is perceived. Additional we will improve our offers for in house trainings and also reorganise the process for external training programs
Please keep in mind that this process will take time as we strive for meaningful and sustainable improvements. By working collaboratively, we can cultivate a culture that celebrates communication and growth and reflects our organisation's values.
