- Workload too high
- reluctant to hire new people or fill vacant positions (which adds to the already high workload)
- Chaotic project and product management
- Unrealistic expectations and goals
- Many good people are quitting, which is not addressed

To me, the company has lost its edge and its structural integrity. We are hustling and trying to somehow muddle through but we are a long way from being a stable, successful company. In my opinion, the events of last year have damaged us beyond repair - I haven't seen any significant improvement since then.

- Start listening to your employees
- Take it as a big warning sign that so many (good and/or long-term) employees are quitting. You cannot build a solid company without competent employees
- Be careful when hiring new people, especially in leadership roles. It only takes one "bad seed" to make an entire team unhappy

The office is too big for the amount of people who actually show up. I rather work from home than in an empty office.

Very intransparent, i.e. there is no discussion of recent events and the reasons why so many good people are quitting at the moment.

An attempt was made with the introduction of a growth planning tool. In reality, however, it is not really used and is not really helpful in advancing one's own career. Effectively, the unspoken rule is: get on well with management and they will advance your career.

Still, I would like to briefly address the point regarding employee retention and transparency: the reasons why employees change jobs are very varied and sometimes very private. We do not always want to and mostly just cannot openly communicate the individual reasons for this. Of course, you always have the opportunity to approach your colleagues about this yourself.
