Fired more than half of the warehouse staff.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Just fired more than half of the warehouse employees and didn’t even communicate to them that this might be an option. Also took away benefits.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Pressure on everyone, had to do high numbers and report.
Kommunikation
Didn’t even communicate to team leads that half the company is gonna loose their job. They must have known before that this is at least an option.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Only the team within the warehouse made it worth going to work. Unfortunately there’s a huge gap between warehouse and office employees.
Work-Life-Balance
No flexible time management. Couldn’t even decide when to go to break. Fixed times on that even though we don’t really depend on each other.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Employees are not really involved in decision making, made by bosses or operations manager. No flat hierarchies as promised.
Interessante Aufgaben
Pure assembly-line work. Used to be different. When working on improving work flows you got questioned at the end of the day why your numbers are so low.
Gleichberechtigung
Mainly young folks mainly but at least lots of different nationalities.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
They felt bad because they couldn’t achieve these high numbers that were requested.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Too hot I summer, too cold in winter. Almost no light in the warehouse.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
They try to be eco, but using plastic bags for the items.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is not too bad but considering inflation they did nothing about it. Also team leads are barely appreciated with their salary.
Image
They present themselves to be a sustainable company but I feel there’s a lot of greenwashing going on.
Lots of employees were also quite dissatisfied with their work.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Internally applying for another position never really seemed to work out for anyone although they were qualified. They just needed those people to just stay in their position.
