The communication in the Team is pretty good but the communication between the founders and the team is catastrophic.

The work-life balance used to be good, but since the beginning of this year, the founders have solely focused on work results, showing little concern for the team's wellbeing or balance. Other companies offer a better work-life balance.

The founders' catastrophic behavior, particularly in stressful situations, often leads them to become indignant or choleric when faced with differing opinions. They neither seek nor accept feedback, and it's evident that they are ill-suited for these positions.

It could be improved if the founder granted the team the freedom and trust to take ownership on their own.

They market it as an eco-friendly solution, but in reality, they ship the garments throughout Europe.

Dear feedback-provider,

Your time as an employee at reverse.supply was accompanied by bad experiences. I am very sorry that we disappointed you as an employer. I appreciate all the more that you have taken the time to write this feedback. I myself have only been part of the team for a few months. What I can communicate openly and honestly at this point, however, is that we take feedback like yours very seriously and learn from our mistakes. We are very proud of our good team cohesion and make every effort to give something back through internal optimization. For example, by working on internal communication through more structured meetings and feedback cycles or improving working conditions through flexible working hours, hybrid and remote working. In addition, by moving to a beautiful, large new office, we were able to implement sufficient meeting options and dedicated workplaces for each employee. There is still a lot to do, but we are making an effort.
