toxic environment - physical and mental stress
no respect for health:
- corona rules ignored. quarantine didn't take place even with positive test results
- overtime (they don't care about the 11 hour rest period)
- very few people endure the mental pressure crap without antidepressants or alcohol (alc is for free here)

- lower than low
- they don't care
- time tracking software doesn't work (subtracts lunch hours even in case of vacation or sick days, haha)
- they count only part of overtime

- teamwork, better don't rely on it
- pedantic work control
- management doesn't care about problems
- the most artists dare to say anything because of fear of never being able to gain a foothold in the connected industry (may be also the reason for the lack of reviews here) and as a lead/senior, however, you don't want to take the problems of others to management
- constant change of junior staff is annoying. ok, at least they are cheap and do the work that nobody wants to do. even if they do it more wrong than right. it's probably like everything in this company the constant question of (how low can you go) with the costs.
