Love the job and my team, but it should be paid better considering the multitasking and the flow of clients we have to deal with.

Cycling industry is still on the rise but salaries do not match company’s growth. Even with the recently announced raise it will be still not enough for modest life in the most expensive city.

It would be fair to let all employees in retail have free day on Monday. The shop should be just closed on Mondays. In this way everyone will be treated equal no matter how long one had worked for the company.

I was pleased to see that central management sees the needs of the store and attempts to face the challenges and the limitations of the existing store.

Hope to see some positive changes by the end of the year.
