An honest review from a realistic perspective from a long-term employee (Almost 5 years with S5)
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's give and take, you give an extra effort when needed and your efforts are returned in recognition and flexibility.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The unnecessary and ridiculous rumors that are being spread around and in between offices.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Let us not lose touch with the roots of Salesfive and the start-up mentality.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Overall the atmosphere is great at S5, both in good and challenging times.
Kommunikation
I have always had the feeling; that whatever information I need to get delivered has been communicated in a timely and proper manner. However, we are still a young company and there is always room for improvement which is often through trial and error.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues and direct managers I have had, among the "frame around working at S5" are what has kept me at S5 for my longest employment to date.
Work-Life-Balance
Let us look at ourselves in the mirror: our work is consulting, it is not a 9-5 job. Sometimes we have to weather ourselves through a heavier workload, than those you would endure in an internal operational or administrative position.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have only had great managers, providing me with a perspective and outlook on what the future holds and they have all supported me in building a vision and with a plan to achieve this vision.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are always tedious tasks in any position at any company, but in my case, the majority of responsibilities have been meaningful and learning opportunities.
Gleichberechtigung
Diverse workforce
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I can be open, honest, and listened to regardless of the tenure or seniority of my colleagues.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Equipment has improved over time
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The total compensation package at Salesfive is great. All the benefits and flexibility cannot be ignored and have to be appreciated as well.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In my case, I started as a business analyst and have moved 4 levels in 5 years. I have always had the opportunity to learn, grow and advance.
