Kommunikation
Team communication is very good, despite disruptive changes. Cross-functional communication and project communication sometimes lacks reactivity and clear responsibilities, which can result in delays. Management board is communicating occasionally about success and challenges. Communication from HQ is mostly boring, except for monthly business updates. External/Marketing communication absent and without concept.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Solidarity and support within the team with occasional frictions which are discussed openly and resolved. Good spirit in a highly multicultural environment.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working times and up to 3 days per week remote work possible. Absorbing projects and high customer expectation can lead to indirect pressure but company allows for good time compensation.

Calm, pragmatic and trusting. Feeling empowered und supported. Manager can be under high pressure with limited ressources, covering many areas and feeling overwhelmed.

Lot of room for ideas and improvement. Ability to shape what comes next. Can contribute to better structure processes, influence policies. Pro-activity is encouraged and rewarded.

Arbeitsbedingungen
Networks, lighting and climatic condition are fine. Open space environment can be challenging if someone is talking and laughing loud during lengthy meetings. Isolation possible with few meeting rooms which are mostly available. Hardware is OK but not top. Although acceptable, some parts of the office infrastructure have worn equipment (toilets), tight spaces (kitchen of canteen). Overall impression is fine but feeling a bit run-down.

No communication strategy from management, nor concept on how to promote the brand. This makes the company not attractive enough to the outside. Apart of some employees who will always complain about management, most colleagues are positive despite the business, technical and organizational challenges.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Although there are examples of high potential employees being promoted, there is a lack of career planning (especially engineers). Employee development is generally stagnant. Training is mostly on the job, external training on request, sometimes partially, rarely fully paid by the company. Area of improvement.
