Nobody is perfect, so also there is no perfect company, indeed without efficiency we are not able to survive, but sometimes there is a feeling that we are (even sometimes are forced) to working quick and dirty. Yes we are flexible but sometimes there is a feeling that we are too "flexible".
Arbeitsatmosphäre
There are great inspirator, who can really cuntribute a positive working environment and keep the good motivation, and also you are hearing frustration and negative things. Nevertheless, we are all human and everybody is responsible for the working environment in the company
Kommunikation
Indeed different people and team have their own focus, and is normal and even maybe good for the whole company that there are different opinions, sometimes is easy to exchange your opinion with other, sometimes is hard.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Take a look the communication please, but generally, all of us are working for the interest of the company.

This is a very personal view, i am feeling ok sofar, sometimes could be bussy

One of the best great team Leader i ever have so far, i can learn lot from him, who is always taking care of his team member, always has patience to listen to us, and encourage us.

Multicultural, i can feel a good balance between our BU in China and our local management in Europe. Which is not very often to see im compare with toher companies from China.

I am not very old, but there are many 'senior’ and 'seniroin.‘ And many of them are feeling good in the team.
