Communication from top to bottom must be improved. IMHO, the main problem currently at the company is that the employees who actually work on tasks don't always get all the Info which they need. There are too many assumptions like: "Employee X" should know this, he can make this task. Sometimes the tasks are written just as a "note" without any explanation, which makes it only the person who actually wrote the task, to know what is the task really about and then when you want to ask for further Info they might not be available and you have to wait.

Communication is the only thing where there is room for improvement in this company.
Effective communication makes you a more productive worker and cuts down on unintended consequences that arise as a result of miscommunication.

Unfortunately the image got "down" a little bit, because of laying off ca. 100 employees at once.
