There is a lot of advance trust for the employees. This is how I like to work and feel valued.
You always have your finger on the pulse. It is simply not possible to miss any automotive innovations or trends. While everyone else is still talking about it, it is being implemented directly in the company. Commitment is encouraged, but if you have a slack, you can always communicate and they’ll try to understand.
Internal communication could sometimes be a little better - but there have already been clear upward developments.
Sometimes some undeserving employees are giving more opportunities than those who actually deserve it and management seems to turn a blind eye on it. When that undeserving employee makes mistakes, others are told to sweep their dust rather than the one who actually made the mistake. Management should be more proactive in who needs to be put in to what tasks rather than blindly giving opportunities to inexperienced individuals in the name of them “learning” to do the task.
With a futuristic office in Obertürkheim of Stuttgart, the place offers everything you need for the work.
Only two mandatory office days, other than that, you can work from home. Overtime hours can be converted to day offs. For days when you finish work early or are done for the day, you can leave early; there’s no problem with that. You can also set your working hours accordingly, for instance, 7-3 or 8-4 or 9-6, and still be fine.
Not much possibilities due to flat hierarchies.
Salary could be higher if you can negotiate right
The colleagus are the best part of this company. Everyone is friendly, cooperative and helpful. You’ll never feel that you’re thrown under the bus or anything. Company-wide and team-wide activities are highly encouraged. You’ll get a Christmas party and gift, wassen trips and more in a year.
No difference felt.
Depending on your team, you’re mostly in good hands. Most of the leaders in the company Communicative and professional, but of course, there might be dark sides too.
The office is great, the technology is always up to date. There is also fruits and coffee - I think you can feel the appreciation for the employees through the small benefits and the lovingly furnished building
Communication is straightforward and depends also a lot on you. If you are communicative enough and can coordinate things well then you’re golden
From my point of view, everyone is equal - but the commitment should be right
The work is super interesting. It is definitely interesting to look behind some of the best and well known automotive companies or even sit inside the car for infotainment analysis.
