People got often fired. No paid overtime, poor salary and an understaffed team.

Hire people who know how to lead a team in a healthy way. Pay the overtime and set realistic timelines and production circumstances.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They call it 'high-paced' working environment, but the level of stress was enormous. People tend to get a burnout or have to work in a toxic working environment.

Micromanagement at its best from the higher management.

The team was the only positive experience. They worked very hard, were good people and were trustworthy.
Work-Life-Balance
Doesn't exist. A lot of unpaid overtime.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Bad behaviour from the higher management. Employees have been treated in a highly unprofessional way, feedback discussions were manipulated.
Interessante Aufgaben
The type of work is interesting as SellerX has a huge number of brands. But the assets needed to be produced in a short amount of time, so the quality comes out poor.
