Management for German market Sep 2021- current is a joke

Pre German management change in September 2021, the atmosphere and collaboration was great. You were able to learn a lot, and develop your skills within several areas. Communication and expectations within the team was working great.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Get rid of German management and entirely restructure HR. Find a way to rebuild trust that has so clearly been lost. Take your employees seriously when they tell you they are dissatisfied, and do something about it! Don’t wait for people to become unhappy, reward and promote hard workers! Your employees should not have to fight for a salary adjustment that they clearly deserve. Don’t give out false promises when you are unable to deliver, have honest and clear communication as a top priority.

Problematic behavior and decision making by management/ HR (end of 2021-ongoing) led to a very disappointing and frustrated work atmosphere.

Communication with management only consists of false promises and lies, I would even go so far as to call it calculated and manipulative.

Colleagues are able to maintain supportive and good work relationships despite bad management
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Decisions are calculated and there is absolutely no support from management. Even after tirelessly trying to communicate your need for development and change, you are only given false promises, terrible communication and feel taken advantage of.
Gleichberechtigung
The salary differences within the company are completely unjustified. People on the lower end of the chain, are denied salary adjustments whilst management is being paid outrageous amounts for contributing nothing.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Sendify started introducing mandatory office days. This is 2023. This should not be a thing anymore. If HR and management would open their eyes to what is actually going on, and improve their strategy and office atmosphere, maybe people would be more motivated to come to the office, it should not have to be forced.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Any requests for salary adjustments are denied due to “policy”. This policy however of course does not apply to management… Your contribution and hard work is entirely ignored.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Management offers no supportive regarding personal development within the company. A lot of things are being promised and never delivered. Promotions are consistently being delayed, and if something is offered it is not even the bare minimum. After having massively contributed to the company for over a year, you are asked to “prove yourself” in order to get a promotion.
