I did love my team, they were sweet and supportive, the people I have met there were truly lovely
Promotion system where women don't get promoted and people with poor soft skills are moved to management, this should be a must have.
Pay attention to management, it is easy to promote seniors with no regards to their character and soft skills but it is also completely pointless
Messy with avoidant managers
Not a place for juniors or people looking to evolve
No women have been ever promoted, but the employees are diverse
HR Team (Used to) make a big effort in order to improve efficiencies and where always reachable
Some colleagues (and CEOs/C-Level) thought they are much better than others.
Salary differences where super high, some employees where not recognized due to high inflation of new all the employees and internal changes
War teilweise sehr toxisch untereinander

the communication in this job makes my brain hurt. very low key.
routine meets stress
Bonuskürzungen, Maßnahmen Betriebsrat zu verhindern, unbezahlte Überstunden, inflexible Arbeitszeiten, unklare Strukturen und keine handover Dokumente
Betriebsrat
Starkes Wachstum + man lernt sehr viel! Dazu bestes Office + mega Team!
Mehr Transparenz bei den Gehältern im Team
Supportive teammates, challenging tasks (just enough to keep your mind fit, but not overwhelmingly difficult), culture I fully stand by
Need more time to assess, as drawbacks are not as obvious
Everything
Keep going, keep improving
Hire fire policy!!
Not at all!
Lowest salary in the industry!
The worst!
Loud and the technical requirements are terrible.
Everyone who is not C level has no voice!
Even though sennder is still a startup, it's very authentic. sennder has taken a strong stance for inclusion, which is not that common. Even the American role models struggle a lot with inclusion and the idea of equality.
At the moment the sennder values seem more like a marketing tool, which is very common for startups. What's a startup without it's silicon valley inspired values.
sennder is currently ramping up the training and career development, so maybe in a few month it'll be above average.
It really depends, not everything can be perfect. Most managers are thankfully fully d'accord with the "sennder culture". Though there are some outliers, as in every company. Some managers believe their title means that they have to act more like a despot than a colleague, but maybe that's also just a general lack of soft skills that you can find in many IT departments.
So verdient kununu Geld.
