The possibility of meeting interesting international people, having a possibility to get insights into topics which you usually don’t get.

I think the overall situation about the behind the back games, everything is solved by lawyers (e.g. disputes starting from daily operations ending with individual employees)
In total the marketing and the built overall picture through this, since it’s too far away from the reality.

In General there are several topics, but mainly it would start with being honest and trust your people and stop playing games.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Even if you might feel that you are trusted and that you‘ve been seen as a an expert in the field and as a great leader of your team - it’s never like that. The company is full of intrigant and mistrust. It all starts from the „spare-head“ of the company. Some are saying it’s an atmosphere of fear and threatening.
Kommunikation
Communication is internally very focused on overpainting bad news or even the reality of things - keep people calm, tell lies as long as no one is being accounted for it.
Externally it’s even worse! Wrong information are displayed and nonsense is sold as a huge achievement, but it works obviously great.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As long as you are not sharing your honest point of views with the so called „people team“ it’s fine, but here it is overall the same sect alike behaviour against team members or even leavers of the company.
Otherwise within the team and on a working level it’s very nice and you can even make friends!
Work-Life-Balance
Basically not there, especially not when you are dealing with the top management, it’s expected to be available 24h even for nonsense discussions and calls.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unfortunately I had just one good manager in that time who left after a short period, otherwise you are surrounded by very soft people and basically always lead by the same spear heading person - no matter „who“ is your manager.

Absolutely great tasks and opportunities in general to grow and learn - both ways positive and negative for the future

If you are lucky you‘ll have a standing desk and be able to work from anywhere- but anywhere in this company means everywhere, every time and ergonomics are not seen as a serious topic since it costs money.

Wouldn’t have expected this from a „green“ company? It’s about cost not sustainability in the first place
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
According to HR the salary is above average and very good but if you see the amount of work it’s by far above average and even not allowed in Germany particularly the working h, so if you calculate it down it’s not much but ok

As said, the marketing and the image is the best product of the company- you have to be careful to always comply with it otherwise you will be very fast seen as an enemy
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You get promises about training budget etc. but once you are on board it’s not happening either because of time or because it just costs money, if you are responsible for a team - the people team will stop you if you are going to develop people with a high financial effort
Only on personal level you can develop yourself. On career perspective it depends how nice you are always nodding to everything from the top.
