The atmosphere is good. I like my colleagues and even when deadlines are approaching or when things go wrong the atmosphere is never stressful

Communication is good and transparent. Everyone has access to internal documents and can easily check the current state, whether it relates to sales, funding or recruiting.

Very good. It always feels like everyone is pulling in the same direction and alignment between teams is constantly improving

Very good. No one expects (or hints towards) weekend or late evening work. If you choose to you can always take the time off later
Interessante Aufgaben
There is many interesting problems to work on, but as a small company with many paying customers this also means that there occasionally are bugs that must be fixed fast and operational matters that must be dealt with. However, they are of our own making so that is okay.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
As a small company there is no real hierarchy and it is very much up to each employee how they define their role and their work. Everyone can participate in discussions regarding roadmap and priorities.
