    @kununu: what is the point in writing reviews when all critical/negative reviews get deleted? More than 20 reviews of the past couple of years are gone...

    If you are a junior, do not join SmartRay as you will be spoiled for the rest of your career. If you have some work experience, do not join as you will not learn anything useful. If you are a senior, management will not appreciate your experience.

    We welcome feedback to enable us to develop and improve as a growing organisation. Of course, we value personal conversation and direct communication exchange. As an employer, we can remove reviews that we believe do not reflect fairness or are not based on facts. We make use of this right under strict conditions imposed by XING. In this case, it was the same review that was posted several times.
    Karriere/Weiterbildung:
    We are proud of our team, which consists of juniors, professionals, seniors, managers and technical experts! Every year, we survey the training needs of employees and managers and evaluate the quality of the training. We especially enjoy celebrating internal growth and promotions!
