Arbeitsatmosphäre

Very good between the normal employees but not with the Management.

Kommunikation

Worst internal communication I have ever witnessed! There is literally no feedback about your work. Neither with the head of my department or with the Management. Insead you get fired right away if your work is not satisfying. If I make mistakes or if I do something wrong I would like to know and get construtive critique but aparently that can't be expected if your are deisposable for the Management.

Work-Life-Balance

Very good and work times can be alternated if needed.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Like I wrote under communication: The management tries to make a hip and young impression and let's you think that your work is valued until you find out that your work is apparently not good enough and you get all kind of reasons to be fired without ever having a chance to improve. Absolutely unprofessional!

Interessante Aufgaben

Working students get to do the tasks nobody wants to do or everybody is to importat to do.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Nice but too small office for that many people. The location is near the city and can be reached quick with public transport.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Average for working students. But the Management tries to hire foreign/ non-german (IT-) experts for dumping or low wages because apparently they do not know the average sector wages here. If you are an IT graduate or if you havesome expertise in that field you should look for something else because you will find better paid positions very easy in that field of expertise here.
