Rethink who you put in charge and how much the person actually contributes. Challenges the old strategies and take the people who are actually working on the product and its delivery for their insights. This is the best insight you will get, as hardly anybody from the outside will be able to help you.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People are laid off on a constant basis for over a year now. Either they are pushed to leave or they decide to leave themselves as it is not bearable anymore. Atmosphere depends on the team you are in. It used to be a great place to work but poor management and missing foresight has made difficult to stay motivated
Kommunikation
Very bad communication, whether it is about strategy changes or new team members - you rarely actually know what is going on. At this point it feels like stuff is purpusefully not communicated.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Previously it felt like a big work-family but with the latest developments this is not the case anymore.
Work-Life-Balance
Trying to get more done while drastically reducing the staff base leads to a worsened work-life balance. Some people work more others less. But in the past there was really a focus on this topic. Unfortunately not anymore.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Especially the management does not seem to have any clue about the future strategy, even in difficult times, there is no leadership. The real smart people are unfortunately not in the management.
Interessante Aufgaben
The product is really great and innovative and comes with many interesting tasks. However the lack of vision can blurr the picture, as often you do not know whether the stuff you are working on will at the end make it to the customer / is relevant for the customer.

At this point simply terrible. Used to be a really great place.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
As mentioned, people are laid off in a disrespectful manner despite taking their circumstances and tenure.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
No budget for training. Nobody interested in your development.
