Interessante Aufgaben
Internal projects are indeed interesting and thoroughly discussed on the highest level. However, assignments from the customers might seem odd and require professional "translation" for the IT-developers, who often need a technical specification. Growing business expertise in the future for such transformation from business to technical domain would allow getting more interesting tasks.

It suffices for a comfortable daily life. However, for a third-country national unfortunately not yet allow build a long-term plan to get basic wealth for a middle class. Given that it is an IT-sector, there is currently no benefit plan or any assurance regarding prospective salary increase that after 7-10 years in the company one could afford this things in a metropolitan area. This prospects are therefore wage.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If an employee is responsible and capable of doing big things, it is possible to partly become a product owner or responsible for the code base of great IT-products. The company will hopefully grow in the future and the accumulated know-how will allow career growth in the future.
