Basic pay besides bonuses can be improved based on person capabilities. Overtime was considered as a plus for bonus which i dont agree.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
good push for new certifications but not given much time, i have to take a week off and concentrate fully on exam to qualify it. Internal sync for sharing new skills especially in cloud area.
