The office has everything someone needs (incl. AC), equipment is always provided and the kitchen is complete with everything needed for lunch.

Good communication with everyone. Regular meetings with management and teams keeps the mood and transparency guaranteed.

I have not encountered any problem of someone not willing to help.

WFH policy is fair and there is a clear willingness from the company to guarantee a good balance.

If the tasks are not interesting, one can talk to their superiors to either rediscuss goals or change the team.
