The company wants to establish an environment of trust and ban a "blame game"-policy. Time pressure and deadlines are sometimes challenging and it is expected that people take ownership of their work. On the other side, it is also possible to claim problems and to talk openly about them.

Of course, communication has always room for improvement. We aim and have already improved the communication as part of the Scrum retrospectives. The company tries to find a good balance between meetings and focus time. Furthermore, the information is shared transparently with everyone in the company.

Overall, the support of colleagues is good. With some individuals, it is difficult to find a common way to go, but overall, you get help if you ask for it.

We have flexible working hours for everyone, considering core working hours. In times of critical project paths, some overtime is needed. Balancing these hours is possible. The company tries to realize vacation wishes for everyone.

The management is demanding but also willing to give in return. Sometimes, there is some hard feedback or criticism but always in a professional manner. In return, it is also encouraged to speak open and honest words. Decisions are discussed with related people and communicated comprehensively.
Interessante Aufgaben
No two days are alike! Though we have routines in the software development process, the work does not get boring. The only bothering thing is that the plans and ideas are already in the future, but we have a small pace due to the small team.
