The atmosphere with your direct team/colleagues is alright. The problem comes when you have to come across angry and unreasonable parents and even teachers. Let’s say you manage more than described in the position.
Kommunikation
Communication towards management members, let’s put it in away they can’t report as untruthful: nor good nor bad, simply insufficient. They assign tasks, they get results. It is often that through struggles you face those alone and if you really want them involved in it, you have to go through extensive and tedious paperwork first.
Not getting in more detail since they don’t like to read comments like that online.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most of the colleagues in the closest connection are good and try to cooperate for the improvement and efficiency of the tasks. Nevertheless, if you stay long enough there, individualism and egoism shows higher as some events might come up where responsibilities are intended to be thrown to the nearest available desk.
Work-Life-Balance
Remember when companies had fixed computer stations? People only worked at the office. When they give you a laptop is for a reason now.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The relationship with Management: (sigh). The real day to day issues are handled by 4 people. Since they would probably report this review, let’s focus on who’s handling the core of work everyday: the people at the front. And this is something everybody knows.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some of the tasks to do are interesting and up to a certain point creative. The resources are huge, but it seems quite interesting how those are only directed to certain departments leaving many others at the bottom of the list.
Gleichberechtigung
In a School full of female teachers... an 80% of members of Senior Manager are men. I think that speaks by itself.

It's an elitist private institution, there is not so much proper contact with the real world.
