International team with (pre-CoVid) many young people, lively and fun, while working hard.
Kommunikation
Of course there are the regular "town hall" type of meetings where selected information is shared. But other than that, management tends to keep information to themselves. This is already apparent in the (only recently refurbished) office layout with a closed area for Management and Direct Reports.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The share of people that are underperforming or just plain difficult is very low. All in all, a friendly and clever team - although more recently, many of the more clever and more friendly people have started to leave.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on how you handle it. People start around 9 am and quite some stay late, but it's not an expectation. Home office only acceptable since CoVid didn't leave management a choice.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Nice people, but none of the direct reports can truly make any decisions. Complete company is basically a one-man-show. As long as you are in agreement, all is good.

Nice benefits, especially if you like traveling (after 6 months). Modern office space directly at airport. Some perks like fitness studio membership fee subsidy.

Not many opportunities inside the company (too small, hierarchy too flat). Online training sponsored by company since CoVid. Some opportunities to move to member airlines, based on interaction in projects etc.
