The overall impression is very positive. All the way from the first day of onboarding to the supportive colleagues and work environment. I appreciate the clear transparency and openness of the company.

I believe it is worth mentioning that being motivated by superiors and managers is very important and leads to more successful communication. I think the company is already doing a lot for their employees in that aspect.

I like that the company is straightforward, efficient, has a strong and skilled team, the people are nice, and I greatly appreciate the flexibility like home office, remote work within Europe, hardware accessibility, employee benefits and company events.

I am looking forward to give my best at this company :)
