Unfortunately, if the company's vision is to exploit students for the sole purpose of profit, it is natural that: 1) employees are always the ones who decide to quit (my guess is that avg employment time is below 1 year), and 2) potential candidates abruptly vanish when they realize:
- Lies are normalized; management posts positive reviews on these platforms; and the promise of working closely with large corporations is not worth the lack of respect that is normalized within the company.
Dear Executives, I sincerely hope that you will consider embarking on a path of self-care and healing your inner traumas. It's never too late to start.

If you carefully read all of the reviews here (and on Glassdoor), you will notice a pattern. That pattern is a huge, bright red flag.
I wish this whole company success and abundance and hope that the culture can shift towards problem-solving from the current problem-hiding.
