thank you for the feedback. We apologize that you are having a stressful and unpleasant time. We are not aware of your situation, so it is challenging to support you directly. But we can at least look at the concrete recommendations and requests you make here.

From our understanding you criticize the following points:

- Not getting a promotion into a leadership position
- Very high expectations for work results
- Difficult to be seen as a good employee
- Not getting invited to events

1. Not getting a promotion into a leadership position:

We are open to applications for leadership positions. Nothing is better than people taking responsibility and (if needed with a bit of support) achieving the goals for which they take responsibility. Leadership positions often go hand-in-hand with higher expectations, increased need for seniority and increased responsibilities. Of course there are also benefits from these positions.

To our knowledge you have not applied for a leadership position in the company yet. It's not something that can always be relied on to happen automatically. We are always open to applications and encourage taking over responsibility.

2. Very high expectations for work results

This also is very valid criticism. We think that our expectations for our own work results are very high and that we always need to work on balancing that for everybody involved and also reward the according results. The market expectations are also high globally. We live in times of strongly accelerating innovation and increasing global competition. Some people thrive in that, other people suffer from the pressure the higher expectations cause. We try to filter for team members who have a strong passion for fast learning. Being able to live up to the expectations is something that can have very positive results for the learning curve, results and benefits.

If we notice that the expectations need to be reduced for a team member, we actively pursue that jointly with the team member. This is a cooperative process and would require you to request it directly and making it clear that you are currently suffering from it. If you can make some concrete proposals for how to create a win-win solution for both you and the company that would be great.

3. Difficult to be seen as a good employee

We see all members of our team as good employees, so you have already achieved it. We should probably work on how we express that internally. Feel free to connect and point out options that would make this easier for you to see.

4. Not getting invited to events

We have had multiple types of events in the company each year.

A) Leadership Workshops, B) Team Events, C) Specialized Workshops.

To get invited to A) typically you need to be promoted into a leadership position. If you are curious, you can apply to take a look at it. To B) everybody was always invited, and we actively encourage to join. C) Specialized workshops are also open to participants. Specialists for the tasks are selected.

We have not rejected a request to join A), B), or C), so you either have not made one, or it was overlooked, for which we apologize. Feel welcome to make a concrete request internally.

> Not just that but from what I have seen, even employees who perform well are being ignored and deprived of opportunities if they do not belong to the inner circle of the management.

You are welcome to recommend them for a bonus. We actively try to reward strong contributions. Most of the people with leadership positions, which your statement may refer to, have been working together for many years and have built friendships over that time. We are always open and inclusive for new colleagues, as we very much appreciate sharing responsibility. You may not be aware of the praise or rewards the specific colleague receives.

The last years are very much impacted by global market shifts, pandemics, recessions, disruptive innovation. That can cause a lot of stress and pressure and it's important that we work on creating good results for everybody.

It's good to see that there are events you want to participate in and that you are/were very motivated for your work. We are both open to helping you recover that motivation and figure out how to reduce your stress level or recommending you elsewhere to best support you.
