Everything else. From the toxic culture and exploitation of foreign workers to the constant lies and lack of strategy, this company is a complete mess. Stay away if you value your career and sanity.

Toxic and demoralizing. Mobbing is common, and employees are treated like tools, not people. There’s a constant sense of fear and instability, and motivation disappears quickly. No one trusts management because of the constant lies and broken promises.

Kommunikation

Terrible. Management either ignores employees or feeds them misleading information. There is no transparency, and important decisions are made without any input from the people actually doing the work. Feedback is not welcome, and if you try to speak up, you’re either ignored or subtly punished.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The only saving grace. Some colleagues try to support each other in this chaotic environment, but since turnover is so high, it's hard to form lasting connections. Most people just focus on surviving until they can leave.

Work-Life-Balance

Non-existent. You’re expected to be available at all times, and burnout is inevitable. Management doesn’t care about health issues or personal boundaries. Workload is unrealistic, and taking time off is discouraged.

Horrible. Supervisors engage in mobbing and have no real leadership skills. They don’t mentor or support employees—they just see them as disposable workers. If you’re struggling, they’ll push you even harder instead of helping.

Not at all. The company claims to be a game company, but management doesn’t understand gaming. Instead of working on meaningful projects, employees spend most of their time in pointless meetings or dealing with last-minute strategy changes.

Foreign workers are treated as cheap labor, and management knows they can exploit them because of visa dependency. There is no real effort to create an inclusive environment, and favoritism is common.

Stressful, unstable, and completely mismanaged. Constant last-minute changes, unrealistic expectations, and no concern for employee well-being. Basic workplace respect is missing, and management only cares about appearances.

Zero. This company does not care about social responsibility, sustainability, or ethical business practices. The only priority is making investors happy.

Below industry standards. Since they know foreign workers need the visa, they keep wages low and offer minimal benefits. Raises and promotions are just empty promises.

No opportunities for growth. There is no investment in employee development, no real learning opportunities, and no career progression. If you want to grow, you need to leave.
